DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR FOOD IS COMING FROM?

Funny.  

We go to the store and think we are getting healthier foods, better quality foods. 

Just look at all the new logos, all the new terms on packaging.  It's all meant to make you think you are getting a better product.

But are you?

The grocery stores now make massive signs saying that they support local farmers, yet I always wondered why the fruits and vegetables said product of Mexico and Chile.

What is more important to you though?  To some people its to see an Organic label, to others it is the Grass Fed label. 

To me, and I hope to you it is important to know where your food comes from.  To know that the animals we treated properly and humanely and respected.  To ensure that the animals have been respected throughout the slaughter process all the way until they reach your dining room table.

We do nose to tail butchery.  A practice that respects the animal after slaughter.  A practice that is important to respect our planet.

I firmly believe in supporting local farmers.  I firmly believe in showing every customer where all our animals come from, because I want to prove to you why we do what we do, and why we are better than everyone else. 

We will show you, why choosing us is better for you, better for your family.
