CHEF YEHUDA GOLDBERG

Brothers Butcher Shoppe was founded in 2016 by Red Seal certified Chef and Butcher Yehuda Goldberg. Chef Yehuda is a graduate of George Brown College and worked in Canada, France, Italy and Germany. With the mentality of learning something new every day, Chef Yehuda is constantly coming up with new flavours and recipes to please every palate and customer that comes through his door.

After selling his previous food manufacturing company, Chef Yehuda wanted to go back to his first love and passion which is butchery and cooking. Here Chef Yehuda sticks true to his beliefs by only using the freshest ingredients, and modern cooking styles. Chef Yehuda loves to teach and share his passion for food, so don't be shy, next time you come in, ask him your questions about food. Just be ready to hear a story or two about the dish.

Brothers Butcher Shoppe is named in honour of Chef Yehuda's two sons who are amazing brothers and best friends to each other.
