This medium bodied, dry wine is the epitome of a reserve. Three barrels of it were chosen to age for approximately 30 months, in French oak. The result is a Gamay layered with flavour.
It exhibits notes of black cherry, raspberry, and cranberry compote, with a bouquet of sweet heather, smoky hickory, vanilla, and cinnamon. Delicate tannins make this red easy drinking and incredibly food friendly.
